Abstract

The article analyzed the nature and types of public-private partnership. Specificity of a public-private partnership in the formation of cross-border clusters identified. A schematic model of a concession, as a form of public-private partnership presented. The world and domestic experience in the implementation of transport and logistics complex projects in border areas considered. Presented study on the development of cross-border clusters. Based on a comprehensive analysis of selected promising areas of activity within the projected cluster Dzhalinda in the Amur region. The variants of public-private partnerships for cross-border cluster areas. The calculation of entrepreneurial and socio-economic efficiency of the cluster management model designed cross-border clusters Dzhalinda through public-private partnership mechanism.
